Practices

Scott concentrates his practice on construction, premises liability, product liability, and insurance coverage matters. He has also handled professional liability claims against attorneys and accountants and has successfully defended commercial trucking companies for catastrophic personal injury claims and cargo losses.

Scott’s appeals include Palp, Inc. v. Williamsburg National Ins. Co., 200 Cal.App.4th 282 (2011) and Kamand Enters. v. Wesco Cos., (Sept. 23, 2009) B211524. He is the author of "International Law of Mystery: Holding Internet Providers Liable and the Need for a Comprehensive International Solution," Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, Volume 21, Issue 2.
