Our lawyers prosecute and defend bad faith actions for wrongful denials of tender, rescission, broker and cedant breach of fiduciary duty, and general insurer misconduct. On behalf of underwriters, claims professionals, and policyholders, we help navigate through the sea of documents and interested third parties.

Representative Cases
On behalf of certain Lloyd’s and London insurers, we successfully defended bad faith claims and obtained a determination of no coverage from the U.S. District Court in New Jersey against a marine contractor allegedly involved in the May, 2000 collapse of Pier 34 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
We represent certain London insurers in statutory bad faith proceedings in multi-state proceedings.
We represent a Chicago municipality in the prosecution of bad faith and negligent claims handling practices in Illinois state court, involving first-party property damage and  business interruption issues.
